Understanding the Participant Profile Completion Process

Why does it matter

Your team being familiar with the participant experience will be critical to ensuring they can get set up successfully. In this article - we will cover what your participants see when they sign up with RiseKit. If not, check out How to Create a Participant Record

Resource: You can share this brief overview on "What's RiseKit" with participants. This will ensure they are familiar with how they will use RiseKit. View and download What is RiseKit to share with your participants.

How does it work

Part One: Creating a Profile

After you send an invite, a participant will receive a text message or email with a link to start the profile creation process
Participants will need to
Confirm their contact information (typically their phone number). They will receive a security code via text or email to start the process.
Confirm they agree to RiseKit's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
After they click finish, they will be done with their profile and will be taken to the chat screen in their RiseKit profile.

Participants will receive a completion text, welcoming them to your organization and reminding them to save the number in their phone.

Part Two: Completing their Profile

With their profile created, they will be taken to a screen that prompts them to complete their profile information. They will:
Confirm their first and last name
Enter in demographic information such as date of birth and zip code
Identify their immediate needs
Indicate whether they have a criminal record
Identify any barriers that have been holding them back

Participants are then taken to their home screen to see that they are 25% finished completing their profile and on their way to being recommended to employers based on their experience and skills.
