2) Help Candidates create their Profile (if needed)


Helping your candidates activate and complete their profile is crucial. It determines whether or not they are recommended to employers through our Opportunity Engine. The candidate's completed profile means that the candidate has performed a few basic steps to show they understand how to use Risekit and an uploaded resume.

3) Send Chats/Messages to Candidates


Now that you’ve invited your candidates to RiseKit, you can chat with them. This makes the application much easier and more efficient.
