January Product Release | Part Two
Employer Group Chat
To round out features and enhancements that further close the feedback loop between participants, community organizations, and Employers we are introducing group chat capabilities for employers. After a candidate shows interest in a position, the employers are able to send a message directly to the candidate which automatically creates a group chat tab to collaborate.
We are very happy about this feature because it furthers RiseKit's goal of bringing cohesiveness to the workforce system while focusing on the worker's voice.
Use Custom Properties in Surveys
Remember when we introduced Custom Properties to enable you to create their own fields for necessary information? As an extension of Custom Properties, we have added the ability to use properties in Surveys. This means that you will be able to associate your custom fields with survey questions, when answered by your participants the fields on the Participant Profile will be filled in for you. Head over to your surveys and give it a try--click one of the options in 'Forward To' and let the magic begin.
For single choice questions, the options in the survey must match the field you are forwarding an answer. At the current moment multi-select is unavailable.
Updated Color Theme
Faster loading time on resources
The number of resources flowing around RiseKit are climbing every day. To offset performance degradation when scrolling through resources, we have optimized that area for a more fluid and natural scroll through resources.
Track Resource Outcomes with new statuses
We have added new resource outcomes to all resource types such as 'Interested' and 'Received' for supportive services and job related statuses for training programs.
New Detailed Notifications
We have updated the copy for job notifications. The new copy has a more positive vibe that encourages candidates and their assigned staff to keep going.
