Candidate Profile Setup

We've released an update to the onboarding experience for candidates. The new update will enable new and existing candidates to start the flow at anytime to add new or update existing profile information.

The updated experience can be completed in less than 5 minutes, and provides organizations with the basic demographic information, challenges, and immediate needs of the candidate. Know what's even better? These updates will also be reflected in the staff's view of the candidate profile.

In order for a candidate to be recommended to employers by our Opportunity Engine, they must complete a few steps once their profile is created.

Set up their basic profile information
Send a message (to a staff member, for instance)
Explore resources within Risekit
Upload their resume

*Bonus points for weekly check-ins (chats) with an assigned staff member.
