How to How to Track Event Attendance

Alright, so you are now ready to track event attendance! You can pull up your spreadsheet or attendance record with everyone who attended the event to quickly mark attendance.

Navigation

To access Events do the following

Login to your RiseKit account at Staff Portal
Move your mouse toward the left-hand navigation.
You should see links that show the following options
Home
Chat
Pathways
Directory
Resources
Click on Resources and on the top of the page, move to Events

Search for event:

In the Events section, locate the event you want to track attendance for by using the Search, Sort, or Filter functions. Then select View Details, which opens the event to the right side of your screen.



The names of individuals who have marked themselves as Interested in the event will display at the bottom of the event. For this event Example Job Seeker has Dependent upon how many people attended your event you can
Scroll through the names of possible attendees
Search for attendees by Name
If they attended, click the check mark or if they did not attend, check the X
RiseKit will automatically update the event resource on their resource history


Note: A few things to keep in mind when tracking attendance in RiseKit:
A participant will only appear on the roster if they indicated they are interested in the event resource.
