How to Update Staff Assignments



Why does it matter?

Having staff assigned to participants is one way to track and organize caseload and program participants. In the event that a participant is no longer working with your program or you need to unassign a staff from a participant, the process is simple.

Navigation


To access Staff Assignments the following

Login to your RiseKit account at Staff Portal
Move your mouse toward the left-hand navigation.
You should see links that show the following options
Home
Chat
Pathways
Directory
Resources
Click on Directory
Use the Search, Sort, or Filter to locate the participant you need to edit. Select the ... on the right side

To Unassign Staff


Choose Unassign Staff



Confirm that you want to unassign the staff member with the associated participant/candidate and choose Apply Actions



To Assign or Update Staff Assignments


To Assign a Staff Member

Use the Search, Sort, or Filter to locate the participant you need to edit. Select the ... on the right side, select Modify User Account
Use the Assign to Staff section to assign to one or more staff members.



To Update Staff Assignments

Use the Search, Sort, or Filter to locate the participant you need to edit. Select the ... on the right side, select Modify User Account
Use the Assign to Staff section to type the name of the staff member you want to assign, then choose Apply Actions.

No Staff assignment will show up when you reopen the Modify User Account. You need to type in the name of ALL staff you want assigned to that participant. For example, if RCNS Staff and Sarah Hayek are already assigned and I want to additionally assign Edgar, I need to reselect RCNS Staff, Sarah Hayek, and Edgar to have all three be assigned.
